The fastest way to burn fat is doing a method that you hardly notice you are doing!
Think of it this way, when we need to burn off fat quickly or when we try to burn off fat quickly doesn’t it seem like it takes an eternity?
On the other hand if we implement a very efficient fat burning system (some people know about in concept and arguably most others don’t), which we then turn that fat burning system into a habit, then fat burning feels easy, it feels like it’s automatic and we don’t even think about doing it we just do it. And fat burning then seems to go by so quickly! Before you know it, you look up in the mirror and you’re looking good!
The concept of trying to burn fat really fast, as in trying to burn off three months worth of fat in 2 weeks is a laughable one for professionals. Professionals know how the body works and that the body is a balance that needs to be coaxed not forced. Now, you can manipulate the body for a short-term period of time leaner look but when that short-term period Is over then look out – that’s when we usually balloon up and out, potentially becoming more ” puffier” than before.
That said there are methods that are much more efficient for fat burning that can be invented versus spending all day at the gym. We noticed how much time going to the gym actually wastes: from the preparation, to the trip there, to the time spent in the gym, to the time socializing, to the time cleaning up, to the time getting a smoothie to the time driving home and for the time spent clean off all those germs the gym in the shower. We realized that although it can be great working out at a gym, the workouts were not all that great, they didn’t really produce efficient returns as in rapid visible returns which is what we wanted and it just took up so much time.
